To do Lists in Word Notebooks

I use my word notebooks as EDC notebooks specifically designed for my to-do lists. I set one up for each month. I have two sets of to-do lists in one notebook.

Working from the front of the notebook I have a daily page for things to do on a particular day of the month.  Such as the one below. I write out the list of things to do that particular day and then check them off using the bullet list (or transfer them to the next day if they don’t get completed).

Working from the back of the notebook I then have any “any day” / Categorised to do lists. These are to do lists that I might use as a running list where the items don’t need to be done on a particular day or they can be nicely categorised together. Examples might include things to write about on the blog or my blog maintenance to do list.

There are many different ways that you can tailor the bullets to suit your needs. I just draw circles and colour them in when they are down. Sometimes I add emphasis with a highlighter pen. The system that word. notebook recommends is slightly different – they use the circle when it is important, a slash when you have started it and an X when it is completed. There are lots of possibilities.

Do you use Word Notebooks? If so, what do you use your notebooks for?
