EDC: Field Notes (Black Ice)

IMG 7863

This month as my everyday carry (edc) pocket notebook of the month I am using the Field Notes Black Ice Edition (you can find the full list of notebooks here).

Black Ice is the 33rd Quarterly Edition from Field Notes (Winter 2016).

The cover is a silvery-black metallic foil with a stripe of vibrant orange for the spine. However, what makes this notebook different from other field notes is this spine. The pocket notebook features a form of perfect binding (PUR-Binding) instead of the regular staples.
