The Planner
The Planner is a 100 day (3 months) planner that is undated and can be used at any time. It is designed so that you “chart your cycle” whether this is a menstrual cycle a lunar cycle or simply your energy. I was intrigued by this concept so I decided to back this planner on Kickstarter.
The layout includes a 2021 lunar calendar (but it is otherwise undated). There are then some pages that explain the concept of working in flow with your natural cycles, your inner seasons and charting your cycle.
There are then a series of prompts for each stage of your cycle (each quarter) for you to reflect on how you feel. This Cyclical Self Care Journal can help you plan out your ideal weeks on paper.
After this the planner is similar to other three month planners, it has a monthly planner followed by a weekly planner. The key difference is that it also includes space for your cycle planning and the weekly planner is split into morning, afternoon and evening, to help you focus on your energy cycle as well.
