My Life in Chapters is a ten-year guided journal that captures a snapshot of your year each year. The desired result is a summary of a decade of your life that can be treasured forever and read back in its entirety. There are ten chapters per book and one chapter should be used per year.
Each chapter is made up of twelve pages with a mixture of guided entries, including:
- Quick-answer questions
- Extended note sections for recalling important events, experiences and adventures
- Free-writing section
- Space to stick in photos and keepsakes
The Journal is available in six different colour options.
It is a great idea. The only problem is the pressure of writing in it. I feel like I need to (a) plan out what I am going to say (b) say something meaningful and (c) do it in neat handwriting… So I’ve not written anything in the notebook yet. However, it looks great!
