MusicCloth is a handwoven cloth which is made from discarded cassette tapes and videotapes. The tapes consist of a polyester film which is considered non-biodegradable and waste material. The material is woven in a basket weave pattern.

The weaved pattern on the notebook is very different and gives the notebook a special/unique feel. I am not sure that it would necessarily appeal to a younger generation, but if you used and were fond of cassette tapes – it also gives you a nostalgic vibe as well.
