My original Sketchmark Stencils on Kickstarter never turned up. I got tired of waiting and decided to get two sets of Stencils online instead. However, when they released Sketchmark 2 I was still tempted and decided to take another punt. Again, it didn’t turn up but other people seemed to be successfully getting their products, so a couple of messages later another one was shipped and this one arrived with me safely this time around.

I am pleased to say that it was worth the wait. It is a high-quality stencil and has a fantastic habit tracker that I am really enjoying using.

The Original Sketchmark was designed for journalers, designers, architects and artists alike. Sketchmark 2 has a focus on bullet journalers and includes 3 journal-specific tools that fit into a small, compact design: Alphabet Stencil, Journal Icons and Monthly Tracker. It also doubles up as a bookmark.

Alphabet Stencils

The alphabet stencils make it easy for you to add titles and dates to your bullet journal and are designed to fit within two vertical rows of a 5mm x 5mm grid journal.

Monthly Tracker

The monthly tracker can be used to keep track of all your habits etc. Use the card as a stencil to create boxes for each day or use the card as a guide to quickly number your days in perfectly spaced 5mm x 5mm boxes. Unlike most stencils, there are 2 title boxes for more options.

Title alignment points make it easy to add in the icons and titles above your calendars. When drawing a title box, simply stop at one of the 3 marking points to include a 1, 2, or 3 letter title. A single icon fits perfectly when you stop at the alignment point with a single dot above it.

I love the monthly tracker and this is definitely the feature that I use the most.

Icons

The Stencil includes 10 journal icons: there are 7 basic icons as well as 3 journaling specific icons. Each icon is designed to fit within a 10mm x 10mm box.
