A few years ago (2017) we backed the Storyclock Notebook on Kickstarter. The notebook is designed for screenwriters and storytellers. I am neither, but I wanted to support this project as it looked like a great idea and you never know when the inspiration to write a book might strike.
The Storyclock Notebook utilizes the simple method of visualizing your story like a clock. The first half of the notebook is devoted to studying and analyzing existing stories. The second half of the notebook devoted to developing your own.
During lockdown Plot Devices have been publishing Storyclocks of different films on their blog which have been interesting and which made me dig out these notebooks again. It is the perfect opportunity to do some story research.
