The box, a4ish notebook, Giftwrap and Calendar all have the same floral design. The wood ruler has a natural feel and brass pen reminds me of bamboo.  A great set of products.

My box also included what I assume was a free gift – the Turquoise brush stroke 2018 diary which matches the pencil case that I received last year in one of my subscription boxes.
