To add a bit of colour to my notebooks I bought a set of Stationery Island Brush Pens (Autumn). This included a autumnal palette of greens and browns. I am not an artist, but I do like adding a bit of colour – so I thought that these pens might get me started. They are brush pens, so that they are easy to use, but apply different pressure to the pens takes a little bit of getting used to and I am sure with practice this will get easier.

As an example of simply using these pens to add colour (not doing my own lettering or drawing yet) I used these pens to add a bit of colour to my Rifle Paper Co Planner 2019. I am looking forward to experimenting more with these pens over time.
