W is for Wallet

Parker and Whitney Lichfield (Stock and Barrel Co) created a beautiful range of hand-made leather wallets for Kickstarter which continue to be offered for sale on their website together with a beautiful range of leather bags.

• all the products are made from very thick 3oz. vegetable-tanned full-grain harness leather.
• the wallets are saddle stitched using .040” inch waxed polyester cord made The Maine Thread Company in Lewiston, Maine.
• the wallets are also branded with their signature bison mark.

I backed the No. 53 Notebook Wallet.

If you keep a notebook with you on the go this wallet is a great choice (although larger than most wallets).  This wallet features 3 card slots (which can fit a couple of cards), 1 hidden pocket and a slot for the notebook on the other side. Dimensions: 4″ x 6 1/4″ x 3/8″ (folded).

The wallet also included a Field Notes Pocket Notebook (and not just any field notes notebook – one of my favourite – the cherry wood graph notebook).

Great high-quality wallet which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wallet. It has also been much better quality than other wallets that I have backed on Kickstarter so I was really pleased.
